Due to the handmade nature of our products every order  may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. When your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time. Our customer service will then contact you to confirm shipping time.


 All Luca Cantarelli pieces are made to order and We do not accept returns. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact us to discuss your particular situation.

For replacement of damaged product (only if accompanied by photos of the damage and original packaging). Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them. In the event that you no longer have the original packaging available, we kindly ask you to inform us and take care of independently recovering a suitable packaging for transport.

Please N.B the colour of the gemstones can be lighter or darker than in the photos as they can have shade variations inherent to their being natural stones.

  4. Prepare the package with the received label and give it to the person in charge on the day of the appointment
  5. Once the quality control has been carried out We will be able to ship the replacement product.
